I have an abaya I bought from another company. It snaps up the front. This was a problem with me because whenever I do my prayers or walking it has a tendency to come unsnapped. When I purchased this one I noticed it had no front closures. When it came in, not only does it fit perfect, but it covers all the way to the feet. I can move around without concern for having to resnap in the front. I am always wearing it. It is very comfortable and covers great. It has two small snaps at the front neckline for larger heads or if you are wearing a hijab when you put it on. I love this one. It is my favorite abaya now.

This abaya is ok, but the fabric doesn’t breathe at all. I wouldn’t recommend it to women prone to hot flashes. Also, there are red metallic accents that don’t show up well in the photo. My daughters love the red accents, but I’m not so keen on them. That said, this is a fine, lightweight abaya to wear around the house or under something else. It’s opaque, but it’s not at all heavy. Also, because of the synthetic fabric, I have no problems with it shrinking, so washing is a breeze.
